Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, not sure what has happened, turned on my computer this morning and rather than than the usual log-in box had the following message:
(My laptop is a Samsung V25)
'User Interface Failure
The logon User Interface DLL
C:\WINDOWS\System32\BCMLogon.dll failed to load.
Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL, or restore the original DLL. '
If anyone has any ideas that would be great!
Do the following to restore it.
1. Go to Start Menu
2.Click on Run
3.Enter the following %SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
5.Click on the Welcome to System Restore page that you will see
6. Create a restore point
7. Click Next
8. Give a name to your restore point
9. Click on Create
10.Close after the restore point has been created.
Note: If the system restore point is turned off, clear the check box in the system properties dialog box and click ok after you are done.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Feb 27, 2014 | Computers & Internet
Apr 14, 2013 | Google Gmail
Try the following:
1.Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to unlock the computer.
2.Type the logon information for the last logged on user, and
then click OK.
3.When the Unlock Computer dialog box
disappears, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and log on normally.
Hope it works : )
and if it doesn't please try to clarify what exactly is happening-like how is it locked, so i can look into it more and try to resolve the issue.
But for now, lets hope it does : )
