Enter BIOS, at start up press Delete key every couple of seconds. PC vary, some require pressing the F1 key or F2 and others reqire F10. Once in the BIOS you'll need change your boot order. Again PC's BIOS's vary. Usually Floppy is first, CDROM second and Hd 3'rd. Save Bios and restart. If you boot media is a floppy disk your PC will go there 1'st, than to the CDROM. If boot media still is not seen. Check connectors to the floppy and or CD make sure cables and power connectors are tight.
