Unit has power, but will not turn on

-   I have the same problem with the Red light on, but nothing on the display panel. I did not see the solution to this issue. -   roblew53

-   Red light is on, but nothing else seems active. The solutions do not say which of the many small black boxes should come off or WHAT THE BLUE WRITING ON THE BLACK BOX SAYS. It would help to describe where the black box is in relation to something, like the power button, using directions and distances, etc. There are lots of black boxes and I am not sure what the "power supply" is.
