ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM
That is echo. Check your settings to make sure the speakers are off while you talk - that is called squelch; your mike is picking up the speaker output and feeding it back with delay. Have the other end check their settings as well.Otherwise, use a headset, with your speakers off.
