• Select empty account (like Account 8,)
• Edit the account as following.

  • 5. Auth. Type

Data account settings finished. click done and save it.

probably your phone might have been an locked one, so you got to unlock your phone to use it with other SIM, try unlock codes from http://www.superunlockcodes.com/samsung-i900-omnia/rs12wp9/ to unlock your phone

Your phone is a Dual Band, it only works with 900/1800mhz. Make sure that the Sim install in the second Sim slot work for these bands here. Other wise it won't work. Another problem could be the imei number, most of the time it can be resolve by changing the imei number for the second Sim slot, but is kind of hard.

If you do not remember the password for your privacy lock / phone lock then you will need to master reset the phone and that will reset the password back to the default password 00000000 (eight zeros). Please follow the steps below...

Steps to Master Reset the GSM Phones to company default settings

NOTE: Following the steps below will delete everything from the phone memory like contact numbers, images, music, messages.

1. Switch OFF the phone and take the SIM card out.

2. Switch it ON without the SIM card, the phone will say “insert SIM card”.

3. Enter the code *2767*2878# and wait for 10-20 seconds until the phone restarts automatically.

4. Now the phone will say “insert SIM card” again, put the SIM card back in and switch it ON.

1 : Download & install latest version ActivSync 4.5 for XP ActiveSync 4.5
2 : Download samsung omnia os ZHHH2Z < full update Hong Kong English tested by me

3: Press the 'dial' key to the left of the optical pad to bring up the dialer
With the onscreen keypad input *#1546792*#
Select 'Preconfiguration'
Enter code *#81230*# and select OK
Select 'Hong Kong', with the default Operator
Accept this, DEVICE WILL HARD RESET<(credit goes to modaco forum Paul for this tips)

4 : open i908ZHHH2_ENG from download folder

5 : Turn off the omnia

6 : connect the omnia to a pc using the usb cable

7 : turn on the omnia

8 : click start button if the device found

9 : wait for job done massage
