If you still have the receipt, you can return the Cooker to the store. If not, the manufacture provides a full one year warranty. The problem you're experiencing is a bad board on the display. There is not user friendly way to replace it.

I want to keep mashed potatoes warm. Do I need extra liquid? I have an all-clad slow cooker, Model AC 65EB. The potatoes are hot and I want to keep them warm for a graduation party today.

Hello mbr.... You do not need extra liquid unless you will be keeping them warm for more than 3 hours. IF that is the case, do stir them up at the end of the three hours and check to see if they are drying out. Keeping the lid on is key. Joe

Just sounds like an old school pressure cooker. Look up Pressure cookers online and you should be able to find instructions. Try looking up this, is this what you have??

I have a new induction cook top. When using for the first time I found an F or P appeared next to the element I was using. I have bought stainless steel cookware specifically to use. The user manual...

Stainless steel (or Aluminium) cookware will not normally work with an Induction cooker: Induction cooker need cookware that have a certain amount of metal especially at the bottom of the pot or pan.

An easy way to check if the cookware is suitable is to use a small (fridge) magnet: if it stick to the pot/pan then it is very likely that the pot/pan is suitable for induction 'magnetic' cooking!

Hope my small hint is of assistance and if so, vote accordigly!

yes believe it or not u can

there is a high grit polishing compound available at your local ace harware or local place
