Question about Apex Digital HT-150 System
I have been using the Apex Digital DT250 for about a year without incident...although I left it on for most of that time. Lately I have taken to turning it off (with the remote) so that the green light turns red. This evening I discovered that it wont turn back on. Pressing the power button on the remote makes the red light on the dt250 blink once instead of turning green. Pressing the power button on the unit itself makes the red light flash quickly, at about 5 to 8 Hz.
I opened the unit up. But I don't see anything obvious. The connections all look good...
Has anyone discovered where a bad connection can be located or anything?
DT250 has one or more bad 470uf 25v capacitors. You should replace all

I had the same problem and changing the 4 470uf capacitors didn't fix it. I changed C6 which is a 47uf 16v which ended up being the solution.
