Your connection to the update server is being disconnected. Either a problem on their end or your software is not genuine or "legal" and their server detected this and cut you off.

If your product is genuine, then visit the company website and utilize their customer service and they will assist you with your problem as this issue most likely relates directly with their server and not your computer.

Hi. Norton can be finnicky at times. I had trouble a few days ago trying to update mine. Gave up one day and the next day it was fine. If you have been unsuccessful for a couple days then I would use the online help (chat) from Symantec. It is very good and is free for 360 users. Access it from the help menu.

If that is not satisfactory, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the product. You will need to be registered at Symantec and have the CD Key. If you choose this you should use the Norton Removal Tool found at:

Select your product. Save the file to your desktop. When the download finishes, run the program. Then reinstall the original program, and run Live Update first thing after verifying your subscription.

Are you sure that it didn't auto update? Also, it is possible, that there was a flaw in the update, and they cancled it. It has happend before. Glitches in the system.

Computer not loading up. Says "windows wont start" Then runs a repair program. After that says can not repair computer automatically


Press F8 while the computer is turning on and select "Safe mode with networking". If that works run the follow programs below. If not, than press F8 and select repair computer and don't do the automatically part. Cancle it if you see it and click "Show advance options" and pick command prompt. Type "chkdsk C: /r" and than run the programs below once that finishes.

Try giving your unit a firmware update using Garmins WebUpdater software, it can be obtained from this link http://www8.garmin.com/products/webupdater/howtoinstall.jsp. If this dosent work I would try contacting Garmin for either support or to get the unit setup for warranty.

Trun signals won't auto cancle. Hear clicking sound prior to not cancling.


You have a bad clock spring it's located in the steering wheel. It will have to be replaced.

Accident turned on self clean with door open


I tried pushing in the light switch again, and i pushed it in until it stopped, evedently it is a 2 postion switch, when the door locks it pulls the door up tight, and the switch must sense this, so after I pushed the toggle in flush the lock finished locking and while I was still holding in the light switch I pushed the stop/cancle button and the lock opened up,and vola we could use the oven again, we had pizza.
