I hit cancel in the middle of a cycle and now it keeps saying F1

F1 is a very bad error unfortunately. Try unplugging the unit 60 seconds to see if it will reset the control board. If not, then you will need a new relay control board which is about $200, because F1 means that the board has detected an internal short inside the control board itself.

The F1 error code means that a button on the touchpad is stuck and sometimes it could be resolved by clearing the code by pushing the cancel button, having done that and it no longer clears that F1 code the touchpad would need to be replaced to keeping it from beeping nonstop.

F1(F68)-Pressure Signal Out-of-Range
I telephoned Whirlpool at 1-800-253-1301. Whirlpool acknowledged the F1 fault and will send a serviceman, free parts and labor, to correct the problem concerning the "famous" F1 fault. This is even for washers out of warranty! This concerns model WTW6600SW2 washers. Be sure to get the authorization code from them so the service person cannot argue about costs.

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F1 indicates primary control failure and to resolve this you'll have to replace the machine control assembly. This error should be fixed by whirlpool as its a common issue with whirlpool Cabrio washers, you can call 1-800-253-1301 whirlpool will send a tech. to fix it and pay for the part. Mine does the same thing. Most times I can hit the start button and it will continue. Some times I have to cancel and start over. Under warranty, about to call and see what they will say.

The F1 error code indicates a primary control failure or pressure signal out of range. Once the pressure hose & air dome have passed testing, the control board will need replaced. Good Luck And Please Rate FixYa!

Well I have the same problem the only way I have found that my washer works is that on the soiler level make sure you put that on the heavy. And that should work I know its a pain but thats what I do and my washer washs with out stopping

f1 code relates to a problem with the electronic oven control, no fixing the part only option is to replace it
