Question about JVC AV-56WP30 56" Rear Projection Television
My t.v turns off when watching it. Sometimes for an hour or a week ! When it goes off..a red or green big star type thing comes on the screen, and then T.V goes off. When trying to turn it on, the green power light will flash on for a second, with a clicking sound and go off. This happens randomly, it doesn't matter how long we have had the T.V on.
This problem is usually generated from one of the three guns used to generate Red, Green , and Blue. When the over load circuit detects to much current it shuts the unit down. Ohm out each gun and see if one reads higher then the others. RW
