Question about Audio Players & Recorders
You may have to try connecting the player to another system and check whether the same happens in the other computer as well.
Try to uninstall and reinstall the software once again in the system you are using.
Once this is done kindly comment and let me know whether the player connects to any other system other than the one you are using. If yes then the software resinstall is the solution else the issue could be with the data cable you are using.
You might have to use a different cable (to charge and transfer data).
Else you can reset the player but you may lose all the data in the player else you may need to update the firmware from the manufacturer's website for which you will have to contact the manufacturer.
