i changed light bulb, now canot turn it on, just has lamp (green) and Temp (Red) light is blinking. even without light bulb is same

YOu need to reset the lamp use hours after replacing the lamp , as so the optical circuitry can configure and recognize the new lamps prescence. The best bet is to either contact the manufacter or their closest authorised repair agent. Good Luck.
