Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: After my mum put new

Hi,

Make sure that the batteries are good and compatible with the instrument. You could pull out the batteries, followed by cleaning of the battery connectors and then again put back the battery. If the problem persists, unplug the phone for few minutes, say 2 hours and then turn it on. This would reset the same. If the problem still remains, this is a problem with either the display or the wire might have been loose or damage. In that situation, only 2 options would be left - either to buy a replacement ( as repair would cost you more than the cost of the instrument ) or try to open and check if there is any loose or damaged wire.

I wish i could have a simple solution.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

Why can i not chat on sylvania netbook facebook applicatino

The SYNET07526 is a very limited net book. It is more like a crippled smart phone than a net book. It does not have enough memory to load and maintain a full operational network site, rather it has to go to a site that supports a smart phone and limited information. Not all sites have a smart phone network and your book does not have an application that can handle a conversation on face book. You are limited with what applications you have on your net book.

You could have an inverter problem or a faulty CCFL lamp/s.

LG Netbook x110. The screen doesnt work

You could have a faulty inverter or a CCFL lamp, To determine if you have a LCD screen, inverter or video card problem, read this and follow these instructions.
Defective CCFL backlight, it may have the following symptom: Screen flashs on red/pink and off. Picture stays on in red and slowly be come normal. Picture flickering with dim display or appear black. Picture flickering on and off. All these symptoms indicate that the LCD backlight lamp (CCFL Lamp) has reached the end of the life and all you need to do is replacing the CCFL lamp.
Connect an external monitor to your laptop and power the monitor up first then the laptop, if you see the normal Windows images then the video card and laptop is OK and the problem is definitely the backlight. Dim image and/or dark display on the laptop's LCD screen indicates a faulty LCD backlight and it could be the inverter that supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp or it is the CCLF lamp is nearly burnt out or burnt out, most likely this is the case.
The inverter can be replaced easily but the CCLF lamp is more time consuming and requires soldering skills.
