Computer continuously reboots. I can get into the BIOS and it will stay running just fine, but it will not boot to any device. It just beeps once and restarts.

sounds like the MBR is infected with something virusy, try backing up the data you need and then repartition the main Hard drive you boot from, then format and then reload your OS and you should be fine after that.

Unplug all drives and USB connections from the board. See if it goes far enough to error out on finding a boot disk. If it does, add items back in one at a time. When you hit the magic one, the problem will return.

If it happens even with nothing connected, you've either got a bad power supply, or the motherboard's shot.

Just put a computer together with the Foxconn M61PMV board. It loads up with the Foxconn logo, all the parts are in the right places, and it works fine. However, I cannot input at all with a keyboard (USB...

I would assume you've tried different ports and different keyboards.
If you have, I'd contact the reseller and RMA the board.
There's really nothing you can do with a board that won't go into the setup.
Just for kicks, remove the CMOS battery on the board before you email/call the reseller.

Foxconn board

the problem is software, there is nothing wrong with the processor as the machine boots showing that the processor works, have a look at your memory and clean it.
This problem occurs because there is a limited amount of kernel space available for kernel drivers so there is not enough stack space for processing the exception. its an operating system problem, try and boot into safe mode and perform a system restore by pressing F8 on boot up

good luck

Asus m2v won't boot

Press delete to go to setup. In the boot menu tab of the BIOS make sure the correct boot disk is selected, and that hard disk boot has first priority. Also make sure there aren't any bootable disks in the cd/dvd drives that might prevent the computer from booting.
