When I turn on my Vostro 3750 first thing in the meeting, the key board lights up, the fans start but it just beeps twice every 15 seconds. I go through this process about 20 times before I can get it to start up. Dell are not coming up with any answers on this problem.

There are 4 kinds of beeps that the pc produce when you turn it on, base on your beep it is indicating that the memmory is damage,

a single beep means the pc is ok
and your beep is memmory damage
a long beep pause and then beep long again means video card damage
if the beep sound like a firetruck the processor or memmory is over heating

I have a quanta 3082 MB in a HP Pavilion zd8230us laptop when I startup it beeps constantly got any ideas? anyone

The beeps with have a pattern to them. Listen closely when you first turn the laptop on and listen for the pattern. It might be something like 1-3-2 (1 beep, wait, 3 beeps in a row, wait, 2 beeps) It will repeat for listen for a bit to make sure you have the correct pattern. Once you have that pattern got to the HP webpage, in the support section, in the search type in "beep code errors". It will give you a list of beep patterns and tell you what the problem is. It could be the RAM, it could be another problem with the motherboard; those codes are what you need to have first.

I press the start button and it starts to peep

The beep pattern indicates a specific problem at startup.
here's a list of the common beep codes (scroll down to beep and led code descriptions).

Slow start up and beeps a couple of times

The beep pattern tells you what is wrong. Search Google for the exact pattern...ie 2 short beeps, 2 long beeps, etc. Could be bad RAM chip or bad motherboard or video card, etc. The beep pattern will tell you what needs to be fixed.

Beeping is usually an error. The beeping is usually a pattern, so count the beeps and google it; beep code *** and you should get an answer.

My compac presario PC SR5510F keeps beeping and wont start up? do you know why that would be

When a PC is turned on and then starts beeping, the beeps are actually a message to help troubleshoot. You should listen to the beeps and learn what the pattern is. With that pattern, you may be able to determine the issue.

HP has published a list of these beep codes that are common to many of their system. That information can be found at this link > HP/Compaq Beep Codes

Dell power edge 2850 make 4 seconds beeps alarm without stopping and without show any error Msg on the screen.

I don't understand the beep code you describe, but the 2850 has many beep codes to help understand what is going on.

First ... Identify the beep. Does the beep start as soon as you power it on, or after several seconds? What is the pattern of the beep - is it a repeating set of beeps - 3 sets of beeps between 1 and 4 beeps ... like 1 beep-3 beeps-2 beeps, or 3 beeps, 3 beeps, 1 beep? Or is it a steady repeating beep - about once per second?

Second ... is the LCD panel on the server blue or orange? If orange, what is the error code(s) it is scrolling?

If it is a steady, once-per-second beep, it is probably your RAID controller. Does the system boot to Windows/OS ok? If so, use (or install) OpenManage Server Administrator (Managed Node from Dell's Support Site) to check the Hardware Logs and check the RAID array (under Storage/Virtual Disks). If it is not booting to the OS, then go into CTRL-M to see what the status of your array is.

I don't know if I can solve this here. But the beeping noise is your pc trying to tell you what is wrong with it. Somewhere there are pc beep codes. http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=1223 If these can't help you just put "computer beep codes" into google. Here they are:
Beep Code: Description of Problem: No Beeps Short, No power, Bad CPU/MB, Loose Peripherals One Beep Everything is normal and Computer POSTed fine Two Beeps POST/CMOS Error One Long Beep, One Short Beep Motherboard Problem One Long Beep, Two Short Beeps Video Problem One Long Beep, Three Short Beeps Video Problem Three Long Beeps Keyboard Error Repeated Long Beeps Memory Error Continuous Hi-Lo Beeps CPU Overheating
