1) boot in safe mode & restore your system.
If Safe mode is not works so boot from cd or flopy for command prompt
2) on cmd go to c: using cd\ or c:
press cd\windows\system32\restore (enter)
then press rstrui.exe and restore your computer
if not ok repair your operating system
