Question about Insignia Sport MP3 Player
Try to isolate the problem. Here's what you need to do:
1. Try connecting different USB devices to the computer.
2. Try another USB cables. Because the problem could be the cable only.
3. Last, contact the computer manufacturer to enable the USB legacy support.
4. Re-install the USB driver (the computer manufacturer could provide you that).
If same problem occurs, then this needs a repair.
Have a great day!
