Question about LG LRFC25750 Refrigerator French Door

It is a poor quality product. The temp gauge first read 88-888 with the fridge failing. Now it is 36/-3 and still not functioning well. Called the authorized repairman. I have to wait a week. Really? When someone spends this kind of money on a "quality" product shouldn't the opportunity to be fixed come sooner or their be more authorized repairmen? Won't ever recommend this brand again, and trust me I have a large customer base

They are very innovative but they do not test there equipment very well, nor do they have good customer service. no one wants to work on them. It sounds as if the mother board has gone out. This is not uncommon in these to happen straight from the manufacture. Unfortunately there is only a few places that carry the parts and they are high. This should fall under your warranty though. I know that this doesn't fix your problem but at the very least you now have the knowledge to not get rail-roded by a large company. Hope this helps. Good luck. Please re-post with up-dates. I didn't think those fridges even have a 3rd digit to display that temp. I would say just leave the door open with the fridge running and watch and see if the reading comes up or down. If it is truly readin 111 degrees, then replace the thermistor, and cut out the connector and hardwire the new one in. They did corrode at that connector on the evaporator thermistor now and then, so just cut the whole thing out and hardwire it per the instructins with the new part

Model WBM412 - Freezer works but fridge does not cool at all.


Its due to freezing behind the freezer coil by which freezer fan gets logged to function. Defrost the refrigerator and then run. Keep freezer temp between -14*F and 8*F and fridge temp between 36*F and 46* F. And also check defrost cycling is properly working.

02 super duty with 7.3 fuel gauge will give false readings.


COULD BE THE FUEL SENDER OR YOU HAVE A POOR GROUND POINT IN THE CABIN.
WEIRD AND MULIPLE MALFUNCTIONS ARE USALLY A POOR GROUND.

well the temperature control gage is connected to the engine block and consists of 1 wire for the reading of the motor heat either the sensor is going bad or you need to check your coolant levels in the radiator make sure the engine is cool before opening the thermostat cap to the radiator so not to get burnt ...also make sure the wire itself is not grounding out on the engine block to give the gage to give such a readout look to the engine and usually on the drivers side lower the plug wires you should see a plug with a wire coming from it ensure the wire is not rubbing on anything .

Failed smog


I have a 1989 toyota mr2 supercharge it is24 years old , this is the first time I had to change oxygen sensor, it passed after that, also set the timing. This has been the best car I've ever had.Im still driving it and i am the only person who owned it. Keep it,its a good investment. I have been asked if I want to sell it, but I just can't part with it.

Freezer workss but fridge dont


Check for a frost buildup on the interior back wall of the freezer. If you find this, a problem exists in the defrost circuit (heater, terminator or control).

Also verify that the evaporator (freezer) fan is functioning.

A failed damper control can cause this condition as well.

Proper product temps are 0 to 10 in the freezer and 36 to 42 in the fresh food compartment.

Whirlpool fridge walls cracking inside


IF THE WALLS ARE CRACKING FROM POOR MANUFACTURING THAN YOU SHOULD RAISE HELL!!!How many times are consumers paying the repairs for poor quality ???Unless you have caused the cracks ,I do believe Whirlpool would see this was taken care of the honest way.WHAT WAS ONE OF MAYTAG'S UNIQUE QUALITYS THAT STOOD MILES ABOVE THE REST??????

I've had my Samsung RS267 LASH side by side for almost 2 years now and the coils froze recently. The temperatures displayed - relating to the refirgerator side - bounce around when the coils freeze. My freezer thank goodness is still working properly. The repairman indicated that the heating element for the refrigerator coils was bad. Unfortunately he had to order the whole unit (coils, heating element, etc.) since he couldn't replace just the one part. Samsung takes their time sending the parts - we've been waiting for 10 days now. The Samsung warranty covers the compressor, evaporator, condensor, drier and connecting tube for 5 years parts and labor so we should becovered. You might be covered as well - depending on when you purchased your refrigerator. I did purchase a separate extended warranty from Lowes when I bought the refrigerator and I'm glad I did. My extended warranty included $250 in food spoilage covering our food loss due to the breakdown. Hope this helps......
