Ace mobile phone dual sim keep shutting off everytime i turn it on but remains on without sim

You have to turn on mobile data

Try taping your battery in place. Mine was doing the same thing. If I dropped it or set it down too hard, the battery would lose connection and shut off the phone. Good luck, hope it works for you. Bill

you may have to get another phone or your sim is proabally damaged and or your signal is not good

take sim out and reinsert it if that dont work you will need new phone thats all u can do

take battery out, put sim card in, be sure its facing the right way, then put in battery next charge phone fully, then try to turn on. If it doesn't work, take back to where you bought it.

If your not really up for the work to go through for this. You can just have T-Mobile give you a new one for your phone. The SIM card transfer you would have done would have saved only your phone book.

If you are into looking to transfer the SIM card. Call your phone maker. In most Cases its Motorola for T-Mobile.
Call them, and tell them that your trying to transfer your SIM into a newer phone. Alas, They should tell you the code to unlock your phone
