Simple instructions on how to transfer podcast to creatinve zen mp3 player.

I am not very computer /gadget literate. I managed to somehow transer some podcasts and just about everything else on my computer onto my mp3 player. Infact all I wish to do is to regularly put podcasts on from i tunes or the rss feed and to upload books. Is there a simple way of doing this also are there simple instructions out there. The creative online instructions are too complicated in that you get one tiny topic on view at a time and if yu don't know what the jargon means you cannot see a whole overview at once to get an idea if you are looking at the correct thing
