I have e-mail through Yahoo. I can open my e-mail using the public library computers. I can open my e-mail using my friend's computers. On my computer I can open the www sit, even Yahoo. But not my e-mail.

Probably a software (i.e., Yahoo) problem. One way around this is to get Outlook Express configured on your PC for Yahoo Mail. Yahoo should have instructions for this. If you do this, you can go to Yahoo to delete any mail you don't want to keep. Then, when you open Outlook Express, any mail still in your Yahoo inbox will download to your PC. Outlook Express shows a paper clip where an attachment is present. You would double-click on the mail item to open it. The little window over the main window you just opened shows attachments. If the item is something you want to save, select File, and Save Attachments. Sometimes, on forwarded mail, you have to double-click on that little window to open that item, then save the attachments as above.
