Picture Navigator Software - Newer Version? (by 4 users)

The Picture Navigator Software ver.2.1 CD that came with my RCA CC6384 Camcorder is for Windows 95 / Windows 98. Is there an updated version of the software available so that I can continue to use the camcorder's Digital Still Camera functionality with my new computer? (Windows XP)

I have a new PC HP with Windows Vista, I cannot find the software and assume it would not work anyway. I love my camera and would like to continue to use it, it works great. Please can you help me?

si es el mismo problema el equipo con que cuento tiene instalado windows XP
y no puedo conectarlo a la computadora

i am running windows vista and would like to still use the digital still capabilities of my camcorder. is there an upgrade available for transferring them to my computer?

I am sorry I don't have a solution for you, but noticed that there is an upgrade for the software that is available from rca. I have no idea if it will work with vista. I tried to download it myself for my xp machine, but since I lost the original cd the upgrade will not work. if you cannot use your cd can you send it to me, I lost mine and I cannot get the pictures off my unit from 2 years ago. where do you live? email me at minemanmike@juno.com if you can send it to me. I live in Arizona USA thanks
