You have a blown capacitor in the power supply
the little can like cap will have a puffed up top ewplace it or have it done and you will good to go

Hi, Try my methode,
Open the rear cover, there 2 PCB board. SMPS board and Main board.
Check on SMPS board first, check capacitors on it, check if any capacitor like almost exploded. If you see that part, replace it with new and higher value (1000uF/16V to 1000uF/25V).
Or, unplug T-con cable ( cable from pcb main to Panel board). plug in ac cord and try to switch on your TV, if its working , that means panel has problem.
