Try To kill the battery in the phone and once it is dead try to turn it on a couple times with out the charger plugged in then plug in the charger for about 5 min while the phone is off and try to turn it on again and see what happens.
remove the cmos battery for sometime (min 5 mins) and try again. If it still occurs then search for the CLR_CMOS jumper on the motherboard. switch positions and check. remove the jumper and check also. it should work. most cases removing the cmos battery works
Please find the below steps to resolve this issue
Step 1: Turn on the mobile
Step 2: After 2 to 3 mins, switch it off
Step 3: Now remove the battery
Step 4: Remove the Memory Card
Step 5: Remove the Sim Card
Step 6: Now hold the Turn on/off button for 10 secs
Step 7: Take the hand from the button and insert the sim and battery to the mobile, please dont insert the Memory Card
Step 8: Now hold the Turn on/off button for 5 secs continuously
Step 9: Take the hand from the Turn on/off button
Step 10: Leave the mobile, for 10 to 15 mins, after that please insert the Memory Card
Step 11: Now check the status of the Mobile
Sometimes this message appears when force has been applied to the lens. Here are some things to try. Go into the setup menu and find "reset" to reset the camera. 1.) Remove battery 2.) Remove front plate (screw driver may be needed) 3.) Check all gears, make sure they are correctly fitted in place) 4.) Move the gear manually to make the lens come out. 5.) keep it out, put the front plate back together. 6.) reinsert the battery, turn it on.
or... 1.) Remove the battery. 2.) Wait about 6-8 hours. 3.) Reinsert the battery.
or... 1.) Remove the battery. 2.) Try hooking it up through AC adapter, put correct voltage. 3.) Try turning it on. 4.) Remove AC adapter, reinsert battery. 5.) Turn it on.
