Try Ccleaner, it's free and goes a good job of cleaning out junk/history files. Download it here:
Hope that helps!

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How to delete the cookies in internet explorer 6 & 7

For some very strange reason, it seems 9 of
10 Bad Request messages implicate Firefox.

Simply delete your "Cookies" and everything
will be okay. Don't worry about erasing them;
nothing bad will happen. You won't lose your
internet browser's "Bookmarks" or "Favorites".
The worst thing that could happen is you will
be asked to retype your username/password
when you return to YouTube and some other
websites -- that's all.

As you're dumping your cookies, you should
also erase all your "Temporary Internet Files"
and "History". This will render your computer
totally "fresh" in YouTube's eyes. It would be
best if you shutdown / reboot after doing this:

Internet Explorer 6:
> Tools > Internet Options
> Delete Cookies > OK
> Delete Files > OK
> Clear History > Yes
> OK

Internet Explorer 7:
> Tools > Internet Options > Delete...
> Delete files > Yes
> Delete cookies > OK
> Delete history > OK
> Close (browsing history window)
> OK

the simpliest method of erasing the search history is by installing the program that deletes the history, temporary internet files, registry problems and so on. this software is available in the market such as system mechanic pro, acronis expert suite, registry mechanic and many others. if you are in the internet explorer and if you want to delete the search history just click TOOLS, then click INTERNET OPTION, then click CLEAR HISTORY then click HISTORY then OK. the history of internet websites you visited will be erased.

Cell phone

try this. The menu names may vary depending on the model or even service provider. look for a simmilarly meaning menu name

For missed calls, made calls or received calls
Go to
menu, call history, erase History, then click on whichever option you want to clear it. you can also clear all.

if you only want to erase just one entry go to call history, go to the category you want(missed, outgoing, incoming) then scroll to your particular one and click options, erase

Assuming you want to erase the recipients of txt messages, go as if you want to send a text(menu, messaging, send message, text message.) then on recent list, scroll and select your desired entry and press options, erase

Good luck
