My decimal point is now a comma, how do I change it back to a point? I have an hp 11c calculator.

Hello,
Look for a key or a Left Shift, Right Shift accessed key that has ./,. Might be with the 0 key. (Sorry I have an HP20s .)

Hp 11 c change decimal point


To switch the radix mark, turn the calculator off, press and hold the decimal point key, press the ON key, then release both keys.

The decimal point is now a coma. How do I change it back?


Near the 0 key, the calculator has the markings dot forward slash comma in BLUE. Thus to change the decimal mark from dot to comma or from comma to dot, press the LEFT SHIFT Blue key, followed by 0. The radix mark will toggle from one to the other.

I can not correct or change the comma back to a decimal...


To switch the radix point between the US and European modes, press and hold the decimal point key, press and release the ON key, then release the decimal point key.

I just changed batteries, and now there is a comma where there used to be a decimal point, and decimal points where there used to be commas for separators


Turn the calculator off. Press and hold the decimal point key while pressing the ON key.

Repeating the procedure will switch it back.

P12c display from Comma to Point This document describes how to change the display of the decimal point on the HP 12C (HP12C) Calculator from a comma (commas) back to a decimal point.
Instructions
  1. Turn off the calculator.
  2. Hold down the decimal point.
  3. Continue to hold the decimal point key, while turning on the calculator.
The comma should change back to a decimal point.
Explanation The comma is the European equivalent of the decimal point.
This procedure is also applicable to HP12CP (Hewlett-Packard 12c Platinum) and HP12CPA (Hewlett-Packard 12c Platinum 25th Anniversary Edition).

There is a comma where the decimal point should be and vise versa.

Wrong format for numbers displayed in HP 12C


It's been awhile since I used one of these but there should be a decimal function on the keys. Make sure you put a 2 in there before pressing it and it should display the format using 200.00

Display shows comma in place of decimal point?


To change the ´comma´, make sure the calculator is switched to off, press (.) key and maintain, switch the calculator ON. This operation changes dot to comma and vice-versa.
