Either the connection is bad, or the video card is not reading, or lastly the power supply is faulty which is quite common

Could be many things what have you tried?
Check video Card
Try on diffrent pc
Check connections
if that does not work you got a loose solder joint ot a bad signal card inside the unit replace that and you should be good to go around $25 bucks.
