There should be a small button that you can poke the end of a pen with and it should sink- there would be one on the USB receiver and on the mouse. Plus in the USB and hit that button first and then hit the mouse button. On the mouse it will be located on the underside close to where the red optical lens is

I recently got a Vibe keyboard and mouse as a gift. Both are wireless and use one USB plug together. The model number is Kb-262. I can get the mouse to connect, but the keyboard will glitch and suddenly...

yer you are, switch the computer off, then plug in the keyboard & mouse...i'm thinking the GREEN ps2 port for the mouse & USB for the keyboard...
put batteries in them both, make sure their not dead batteries, then locate the little connect button on the bottom of them both, & the one on the receiver as well.
get a pin or something of the sort, so you can press these connect buttons.
switch the computer on, then once its booted up..press the button on the receiver @ the same time as the connect button on the keyboard,if not then the receiver first then the keyboard.
once connected, do the same with the mouse......receiver button then mouse connect button or both @ the same time...
you'll get it in the end, you'll need to do this ever time you change the batteries.

GOOD LOOK!

It stopped working, the keyboard is working fine. Replaced the batteries still not working?

When you change batteries you also need to reset your mouse and the receiver.

Back on your mouse is a little connect push-button to reset your mouse.

Eventually also push the black button on the top of the receiver.

This will hopefully help.

After replacing the new battery with new one have you press connect button from the mouse side and the receiver side also. It is necessary to sync with the sensor the after replacing the battery
Hope this helps. Please rate my response.
Thanks.

Mouse is not working. Replaced batteries but that did not fix it

The mouse might be now disconnected. The receiver on the PC and the transmitter in the mouse are no longer on the same frequency.

In such cases, there are two buttons, one on the receiver and one under the mouse - you'll need a ballpoint pen to push it - to make them search for one another. Try the one on the mouse first.

However, if I were you I'd also check the batteries.

Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000 not working

I suggest you do the following. After having synchronized both connecting buttons in mouse and receiver, take off battery and next look for a tiny thin button that protrudes from one of the sides where the receiver is placed in mouse, hold it depressed and put back a new and fresh battery releasing simultaneously this button. Mouse would work correctly. Good luck!!! Chawah.

My Dell wireless mouse froze, arrow in middle does not move

You will need to link the keyboard and mouse back up with the receiver. There will be a button on the bottom of the receiver that you push first and then the keyboard and mouse buttons to get everything synced up. It should work after that, providing that the receiver is plugged in still.

Hope this helps,

Eric

How do I open the receiver for my wireless mouse to replace batte

The receiver is plugged into a USB port and doesn't use batteries. The keyboard and mouse use batteries and they need to be replaced ever so ofter. to do so, follow thes instructions.
Normal 0 Are your batteries in the Keyboard and mouse good?

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing, then if its the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect.

If the MOUSE isn't working, do the same except push the small RESET?CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect. Then they should work properly. Hope this helps. Bud

Logitech S510 mouse will not turn on

I am assuming since you need batteries that the mouse is cordless. If so you normaly have to sync the mouse with the receiver. If the keyborad and mouse came as a package it will only have one receiver. There should be corresponding sync buttons for these devices.
