Ink system has failed on c6280 all in one printer

i have been using conpatible cartridges in this printer and never had any problems why is this doing this now and if i replace all the cartridges with hp will it solve the problem

Hello,

Your error is caused by air in the ink feed tubes. Check our web site at: www.ccl-la.com we have a step by step uide to do a purge on the ink lines that will get you back printing again.
