Next to the display panel is a "custom setting" button. Press this then press key operator button on screen. Log-in with 00000 if it hasn't been changed. Then find either Printer Setting - Network Settings or Network Settings will have its own tab. Then press the IP tab. Once changed press ok, a message will display .....turn off copier then turn back on.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

LD335c Networking causing SC990

You need to check the network address of the newly connected network. you said it was connected to a network A (e.g. 192.168.1.0 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 or /24) and now you are connected to network B (e.g. 192.168.2.0 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 or /24). Your device had an ip address assigned in the old network, could be 192.168.1.99 this ip can not communicate with the new network 192.168.2.0, you need fir to find out what is the new network address and subnet you need to ask your network admin. and then modify the setting of your router to be part of the new network.

I have a galaxy s3 and everytime I try going on to my wifi it says authentication error can any one help

It's probably because the password has been entered incorrectly.
In Wifi settings -> long click on the WiFi name, then click "Modify Network config", then enter the password again.
If that doesn't work, then check all the WiFi settings in that "Modify Network config" list of settings.

Won'connecct to online sites

You don't mention if you have a 3G tablet, or do you rely on a wi-Fi hotspot on your computer or phone to connect your tablet?
On your tablet, go to settings,on left column, make sure WI-Fi is on, if not, touch it to enable. Your connection should show up on the right side of screen. press and hold the name of your wi-fi network, it will ask you "forget network" or "modify network" Choose modify network and make sure you type your wi-fi password in( do it again if it is already showing up.) I find it easier to use the feature for displaying what you are typing in. Hope this helps. You can also piggy back on a wi-fi hotspot on your smartphone.

I can not edit my account information.

Hi there, I would like to clarify If you are the administrator on the computer your trying to edit your account

If you are the administrator of the computer, and If your computer is part of a network at an organization such as a school, government agency, or a business, your organization's system administrator might have disabled or even removed certain settings by using Group Policy. Group Policy is a feature of Windows that lets system administrators manage users' access to Windows features. If you suspect that Group Policy is preventing you from changing a setting that you need to access, contact your system administrator.

OR

If your computer is not part of a network, a user with administrator privileges might have modified Group Policy on your computer to remove access to the settings. In this case, contact the users who are administrators on your computer to modify the settings you'd like to change.

Unable to connect to internet by my zonet zsr1134we router. when you view available network it shows security enabled network but won't connect.

Do you know the network key of the router? If you do and still you won't be able to connect, modify the router and try changing the network key.

If the security that's set to the router is WPA-PSK, try changing it to WEP and create a new network key. If same problem occurs, try changing the channel.

Another option is to reset the router to it's factory default and reconfigure the router.

Last option, perform a firmware upgrade and this should resolves the problem.

NOTE: Make sure to try different laptops before modifying the router.

Have a great day!

192.168.1.1??????

Hi john - the address 192.168.1.1 is the default address of your router. Your pc that you're using for setup is supposed to be set to 192.168.1.10. with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 . Are you having problems getting in to your router? Do not enter anything for the default user and password. Let me know what problems your having. Thanks.
