I've got a 1180 & it looks as if you need a standard mains mains supply cable with a 2 pin socket - similar to those which fit stereo units and a computer to printer cable - one end usb and the other a device end socket to fit the printer at the back. Not all generic device cables will fit, you need one which fits the printer

Caution: Electrical hazard. Keep hand and metal pieces clear of board or any other electrical wires or parts.

NOTICE: The ink cartridges are all the way to one end. If the X4270 is plugged in, the cartridge carrier is stuck and doesn't move. After further investigation a noticeable small black plastic lever is preventing the ink cartridges from moving. Photo below shows lever up and down (cartridges already moved in image below).

8. Push lever down clockwise so it is flush with plastic wall. Refer to image on right in Figure 6.

9. Lift the front cover open (if not already open) and plug in the X4270. Cartridges should move to center as if preparing for replacement.

10. Unplug the X4270 and remove power supply.

11. Remove bottom assembly carefully.

Note: The cause of this problem is the spring slides out of place over time, probably because of ink shed on one end of its loop and loop attachment.

Kyocera KM-2530 printer displays "Attach Finisher." It was working until we moved it recently. Checked all cords and rebooted several times to no avail. Couldn't see any push rods or buttons that need...

on the copier metal bracket that finisher attaches far end or front ull see a metal pin that sticks out.
That pin goes in to the finisher white plastic hole.Inside that hole there is a switch that tells the copier the finisher is attached.

I recently moved and I lost my Lexmark Printers Plug that go's from the printer to the wall. It's the Lexmark x5495. I need to purchase another plug. Where can I get one????

It may be available in some electronic shops around your area. But I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support, for your convenience, to request for that. They can send you one for free. Just give them your contact info and the serial number of the printer. Hope this helps.

Mini USB disconnected inside HP all-in-one 2210v psc

You will have to take the printer apart and re-solder the usb connector to the board.
it was jerked out likely by moving the printer while it was attached to the cored or was tripped on.
it may not be an easy job to fix as you have to have several tools
and soldering skills,
you need a electronics nerd to help.
