This can be a result for low cartridge ink. Also check what type of document size are you printing. Some sizes are not supported due to specific reason. Also check that the printer is supplied with all softwares it needs. Check manufacturer's website for software upgrades. You may need a cold reboot. Turn off and plug out printer and all sockets for couple of minutes. Also remember, have you printed many documents at a time. Refer to computer and see that how many print jobs are on line. If some how, the printer got jammed and you gave it more jobs, it may do this and show more than one work on line. And at last at the First priority, get a quick internal check for any paper jam. This error is usually caused when the printer is internally jammed by any substance or mainly paper.
