You should remove your hard drive, which you can use in another pc if you like. There is not much else that you should remove, unless you want an additonal cd or dvd rom drive. other than that, everything else you need will come with your new pc.
Your local city operations dept, or garbage department will have information on how to properly dispose of your pc, there may be a small recycling fee with this though.

This unit includes one lithium battery, CR2025/3V.
Remove battery before discarding the remote.
a) Locate the battery compartment on the back of the
remote control handset. Slide the battery cover out
with your thumb.
b) Remove old battery.
c) Place new battery into battery compartment.
d) Slide battery compartment into the remote control
• Remove the battery from the equipment when it is not
being used for an extended period of time.
• Remove the used battery promptly.
• Do not discard used batteries into household trash
containers. Contact your local government for disposal
or recycling practices in your area.
