Question about LG WM2487H Front Load Washer
If screens are clear at water inlet and water valves (at home end of hoses) are on, hoses not kinked, then you would have to test to see if the control is putting 120 volts to the water valve coil(s). Take the top cover off by removing two phillips head screws on the bottom side of the plastic part on the back of the top cover. Stand in front of the washer and use the palms of your hands to push back firmly on the sides of the top. Push the top back about 1 and a half inches and lift it off.
If power to a water valve coil and no fill, replace water inlet valve. If no power to fill valve: water level swithch or main control board problem.
