Question about Timex i-Control 29571 Wrist Watch
Switch to time mode, and hold the middle buton on the left side until the watch shows SET TIME. press the next track button to set the hour (blinking on the screen) by pressing the + and - buttons to change the value. press the next track button to move to minutes, then seconds, then month, then day, and then year all being changed by the + or - buttons. then press the left middle button to exit. Congratulations, you just set your watch :D

You have to get in the right time zone, that’s why you are an hour off (and this may also occur if you are in an area that switches between daylight savings time each spring and fall).
Press mode until ZO appears on the watch face.
Press and hold ADJ. Time zone will begin to flash.
Select start/stop or adjust to get to the right time zone P, C, M, E (pacific, eastern, Mountain, central)
If desired , press mode to select DST (daylight savings time) and press start/stop or adjust to turn it on or off.
Press adjust when done.

First look for the set button then press it ,a long press and If it is blinking that's the time you to select the hour ,the minutes,the day/date,the alarms and the special features of your watch.The right button the up and down or for scrolling.Try all of this so your time will set.

It seems likely that the setting instructions for radio controlled watches of one make are very similar so almost any of their radio controlled watch instructions may be used.
The user instructions list includes ones labeled "universal radio controlled book". Choose the one for your area and follow the instructions. You have nothing to loose!

mcdevito75 here, For now, you need to know 2 buttons, the MODE and SET buttons, First press the MODE button, you may have to hold it in 2--3 seconds, see the display Blinking, now press the SET button for each function, (hour, minute etc). press MODE after each function is set, after all is set Press MODE for steady display.
