Green light flashing no picture VX710

Flashing power lights usually indicate a bad power supply. you should be able to do the repair yourself if you can solder. Check out the pictures of what bad capacitors look like on our web site at:
www.ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm Now open the back of your monitor and look at the power supply board, replace all of the capacitors that look like the pictures. You should then be back going again. The values you need to order will be marked on the sides of the ones that are blown but will be like 220uf, 470uf, 1000uf and they will have a voltage rating too. The replacements can be ordered from many places on the internet or from us, don't use ones from Radio Shack they are not rated for high heat so they will blow our in a month or two. Be sure to install the new ones with the polarity stripe ging the same direction as the old ones come out.
