Question about Planar XP17W (White) Monitor
It is quite possible, that the monitor plug in the back of the computer isn't seated properly. If the cord can be detached from the back of the monitor, check thet too. Look for pins that aren't straight too. This will prevent it from working properly.
If the cord is tight at both ends, you have a loose connection inside the PC itself. Look for ANY loose jumpers or wires on the boards.
