Look closely in the fuser area, perhaps you might see the problem.
Are both fuser rods working correctly one rod has the coils in the middle and the other has them either side so as to even out the fuser temperature. You might need a meter to answer this.
This would need Xerox engineer callout.

The "fuser" should be generating heat, to melt the dry toner-ink into the paper.
So, a "fuser error" occurs when the printer detects that the heating-element
is NOT generating the correct temperature, i.e., not hot enough to properly melt the ink.
Take the printer to a qualified technician, for professional trouble-shooting and repair.

That is normally a RAM failure. You can try going to the back of the machine and opening the plate which covers the memory stick or sticks, depending on how much memory you have. Remove and reseat the memory. You may have had a memory failure, memory dump or electronics module failure. Kind of a difficult one to trouble shoot.
It Sounds like its a bad printhead but run these trouble shooting steps first.

Replace the Printhead. 4 Check and reseat all wiring to the Printhead. Did this correct the problem? Complete. Replace the Printhead.
That has to do with the process drive motor timing or the maintenance kit binding.
