Check flex, make sure amp is not too powerful, check bridge and wiring.

you need conneciton to amp streit from battery terminal but make sure you put an inline fuse in the main wire first for safty

I have a 08 L7 15 hooked up to a 3500W monoblock class D SPL amp, its been working fine for several months until today now the voice coil is fried, what can i do? I also never set the gain more than half...

if it was not a new sub it could had bin used hard and all it needed was one good hit to blow. and if it was new it could had bin a refurbished they tend to blow quick and thats amp is too much of that sub thats good just keep the gain like u have it what ill do go Memphis that is a good 15"

I'm not really sure what this has to do with the Memphis PRC41's, but just multiply .4X10X10X10X10 = 4,000.

Blowing subwoofers

Sounds like you have burned them out. Let them cool & then turn on the system at a low volume. If they still work then you have not damaged them too badly & might still be able to get some life out of them yet. If on the other hand they don't budge then they are burned out & seized, it's time to buy some new ones.
