Here are normal temperatures - Freezer should not be warmer than 10F. Normally it should be 0F, however optimal temps are -10F and for hard icecream - I recommend -10F or colder since it gives a better recovery after a power failure.

Refrigerator temps no warmer than 4F - optimal should be 34F.

After ruling out door gasket seals and dirty condensers, the most common cause is a bad defrost system. If you remove your freezer panel you can look for over frosting on the evap coils - (after shutting down unit of course) try manually defrosting with a blow dryer until everything is melted - place back panel and run for a couple of hours. If cooling is back to nromal, your issue is defrost timer components / control board.

Make sure the evap fan is working properly as well. as your condenser fan (if applicable).

My 15 years old Hoover contour both freezer and fridge not cold enough even I switched on to the max

Refrigerator: Freezer not cold enough. Defrost system problems, dirty condenser coils, fan failures, leaky door gaskets or control problems can lead to your freezer not getting cold enough. ... The frost buildup blocks cooling air paths through the evaporator so the freezer doesn't cool well.

The freezer is not enough cold, i check the defrost sensor, temperature sensor and its are ok, but the evaporator fan motor is not working... why? i check this fan too and is ok. Now what can i do??

It could be on automatic defrost mode, let it run for a while and see if it gets cold enough, also if you have the freezer to full and stuff near the cooling fan in the freezer, the freezer can not circulate to get cold.

Why is the fridge and freezer not cold enough

If the fan isn't running neither section will be cold enough. There may be something jammed against the fan blade or the motor could be defective.

The refridgerator has not been cold enough, the freezer is fine what should i do?

The refrigerator itself get cold air from the freezer. There is a small opening that lets air from the freezer to go to the refrigerator area. make sure the cold air from the freezer is getting there. Sometimes there might be a restriction on this vent therefore the refrigerator is not getting enough cold air from the freezer.

Freezer not getting cold enough to freeze.

First culprit could be a refrigerant leak and needs to be charged. If the evaporator is frozen solid it won't push enough sub zero air to freeze. Call a trusted ac&or repair man
