Normally the OSD lock will only be displayed for 5 seconds. Regardless you should be able to get rid of it by pressing holding the up arrow key for 10 seconds. If this fails to resolve the issue try this. Disconnect power cord. Now press and hold button 1. Plug the power cord back in. You may have to press the power button while still holding button 1. The OSD lock should clear after that.

OSD lock is a feature which locks the OSD. It can be enabled or disabled by pressing the menu button for 10 sec. It is the lock which locks the On Screen Menu for changing the menu settings.
To unlock press and hold the menu button for 10 sec.
