It stopped steaming? what do I do to fix it?

Unsure what your water is like, yet minerals build up in the tubing. Best water to use in any electrical appliance is Distilled Water, doesn't have all those chemicals that clog waterways. Good Luck.

Where can I find a replacement ergonomic hand grip and quick release cord wrap for the Shark S3202 steam mop? I'm looking for any sources other than the Shark Euro-Pro company. Thank you.

There are no repair parts for these machines. Shark/ Europro do not make parts. They are disposable. When they break, you're expected to throw it away. If you're wise you won't waste your money on another one.

No pads in shark purchased yesterday at walmart in ****** dam wi

return the machine to walmart and get another one. This just goes to show the care and quality control that they put into these sharks. (euro-pro products are prone to premature breakage and they dont offer any replacement parts) these are just disposable machines and a waste of money

This machine is made in China. It was never meant to be repaired or serviced. It sounds like your heater core is shot. The machine will need to be totally replaced.

Steam Tek mop doesnt steam anymore

We had a similar experience. I opened the head to look if the steam line was clogged. There was no sign of dirt or calcium build up, so I opened up the body. Found that one of the heater wires had come loose. The connector, which is crimped to the wire, was charred. Could be a potential fire hazard!

I notice that a similar product marketed under the Thane brand has been recalled for wiring issues.

We will try to return this mop for a refund.

Euro-pro Shark steam mop has a broken handle.

I have broken 4 shark handles, have repaired them its a pain. remove the screws on the handle end of the head pop out the broken handle part, drill a 3/16 hole into the part tap 1/4 inch threads use a countersunk head 1/4 inch bolt screw it together put epoxy on the inside to lock threads reassemble. its a pain. two small keepers lock the swivel together pry out with a screwdriver carefully dont loose them. I broke one shark handle when it was brand new. this repair works good if you like alot of fooling around
