You may want to try to go to your local hardware store and see if you can find a close generic replacement.
Home Depot and Lowes both have aisles with casters and small wheels, you might find something there that will suit your purposes.

96 Ford Taurus air bag light is on

maybe but you should not check anything till you disconnect the battery and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes to make sure all voltage is out of the system otherwise the bag will deploy when try to see or plug in things that are energized take off the air bag then remove the steering wheel using a puller and clean the clock spring connectors and use a carbon conductive grease on them just very little is needed and make sure you are not jumping the plug contacts with to much grease if this doesn't work you'll have to take it out again and replace it if you punch the steering wheel in frustration you will damage this and your horn also, but it can go bad from age or corrosion on the contacts

My horn on my 1994 Ford Taurus doesn't work and the fuse is fine I just reconnected the wire that connects the two small horns but it still won't work.can u give me an idea on how to fix it

Check the horn relay and for voltage at the horn. If you are getting voltage to the horn, then the it could be that the horns themselves are bad.

Air bag light on

Hi,
Does the horn work? If not it's the roll connector/clock spring in the steering wheel that needs replaced. Otherwise, take it to the dealer to diagnose the issue.

How to replace wheels on hartmann garment bag

Some wheels are attached to the bags through screw or bolts, which are securing hardware and easy to remove. When such wheels need replacement, you can replace them by yourself. Some are attached to the bags through rivets, which require you to ask for professional removal and repairing service in case that they are broken. Some wheels of rolling garment bags can't be removed and replaced.

I am buying a volvo which originally had an airbag, but where the steering wheel was replaced with one which does not have an air bag. The car is a 1991 Volvo 740, and it doesn't have ABS so I was hoping...

It's unlawful to replace a deployed airbag with one not designed for the vehicle in some states. It's also unlawful to disable the airbag which by virtue of not replacing the airbag after it has been deployed. This car sounds like a headache waiting to happen. One has to wonder what kind of collision the car was involved in to make the previous airbag deploy. At the very least, verify the DMV and car safety laws where you live prior to making the purchase and if you're still intent on buying the car, you should get a CARFAX report first. I do wish you well and the best of luck. Greg

Needs key cylinder replacement

This first post is WITH AN AIR BAG:

With Air Bag Before removing the steering wheel, disable the air bag system
Disarming the System To disarm the air bag system, simply disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery. Isolate the battery cable by taping up any exposed metal areas of the cable. This will keep the cable from accidentally contacting the battery and causing deployment of the air bag. Allow the system capacitor to discharge for at least 2 minutes, although 10 minutes is recommended, to allow for the dissipation of any residual energy.

CAUTION Before removing the steering wheel, disable the air bag system (refer to Section 6). Failure to do so could result in accidental air bag deployment and possible injury.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable and disable the air bag system.
  2. Set the front tires in a straight-ahead position.

  5. Remove the steering wheel retaining nut.
  6. Scribe a line mark on the steering wheel and steering shaft if there is not one already.

To install:

Horn blows when steering wheel is turned. Is is a short?

this is caused by a defective/shorted rotating ribbon contact under the steering wheel called a clock spring, to replace this part u must disarm the airbag remove it and the steering wheel and then replace the clock spring, this is a dealer only part.

Hoover telios Bag holder, fitting

HI The bag holder slips into place by opening the lid and aligning the bottom sections into the slider L shape part just at the mouth of the actual dust bin. Slide the part so that it sits at an angle before the bag slips into it. Once that's done make sure the bag is pushed down otherwise the lid will not close.
