Bizhub c252 screen won't register touch, plus says

bizhub c252 screen won't register touch, plus says replace transfer roller... Any Ideas on cost for these problems? I purchased the beast for only $300, but I don't want to spend a ton fixing it.

- to clarify, the lcd screen boots up fine, and every once in a while it will register my touch but it isn't where I touched it and the touch screen set up function won't register my touch at all.

touch screen is about 128 eur, transfer roller and tbu you can reset
