Question about Graco Infant SafeSeat (Step 1) 8A05RXY in Roxy
I have a Chicco car seat that I decided to wash the cover for (there were a few spill stains on it, etc., but it did NOT smell prior to washing). After putting it through the washing machine, and hanging it outside to dry on a nice day.... I noticed that it has a sulfur smell to it.
What is this from? Any solution to the smell? Is it dangerous for my baby?
If this was a UK model this could be connected to the FR treatment (Fire Retardency) sometimes this smells a little like that, and sometimes a bit like fish (very odd, but it is there to protect you). I would contact www,chicco.co.uk or email sales@chicco .co.uk who will be able to advise further.
I hope this helps.
