The terminals on the rear of the motor unit are both numbered and color coded. The white wire with the red stripe from the wall control goes to terminal 1. The solid white wire goes to terminal 2. The 2 white wires with the black stripe from the sensors go to terminal 3 and the 2 solid white wires go to terminal 2. You should end up with 1 wire on terminal 1, 3 wires on terminal 2 and 2 wires on terminal 3.

H ow to replace timer with phot0 cell

Malibu ML300 has 120 volt input and 12 volt AC output
They make a photo eye for the timer... wiring is changed a bit... will work on ML300 if timer has A-B-C wiring terminals

You can use a 120 -> 12 volt ac transformer that is rated for 300 watts... and connect in-line photoeye on the 120 volt side.

I have an H250 NG and when I light the pilot it goes out when I release the pilot button on the gas valve?

The first thing That comes to mind is a bad pilot generator or thermopile. This makes a small half volt charge that energizes the magnets that open the two stages in the gas valve. Next would be a bad gas valve itself. You will need a milivolt meter to check both of these. Lastley is the safty circut. This is the string of switches that can shut the heater down if problems exist. Their are two sets of wires connected to the gas valve. One set goes down to the pilot, this is for the pilot generator. The other set is the safty circut. If you remove these wires and the pilot lightes and stays lit the problem is in the circut. Still no pilot then it is in the pilot or valve. Good luck.

Replaced battery and starter now it wont even engage selonoid

You need to check your voltage to the starter with a Volt Meter. Check the battery cable to the starter, that should be 12.5+ or higher. If not, you have a bad cable connection. Clean it with a wire brush and make sure it makes good contact both positive and negative. If good voltage check your start voltage. Usually a Spade Connection on the starter. Check it with the spade hooked up to the starter. If no voltage, put your car in Neutral and try it. May have a bad neutral safety switch. Hope this helps.

steve it sounds like the two eyes are not lined up to communicate with one another and complete the circuit so the door will work. This is a safety feature. Begin by seeing if adjusting the eyes will line them up and tuen on both green lights. Also be sure the wire to each light is still connected.
