You may have the ISO set to a high number. Go into the setup menu and change it to a lower number or auto ISO. You might also have an ISO button on the camera that accomplishes the same thing.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Use the USB cable and the storage should become available when you plug the camera into a PC. You can buy the cable on ebay.

Poor Image quality

Are you aware your camera has a lot of settings for "changing" the final picture? Even a fun mode. If set to the "wrong" setting, without knowing, you can think all pictures are bad. Check your manual (or the one online) for the setup menu and how to set your E (effects)

Every time I take a photograph the picture appears too bright!

Check to make sure your Exposure Compensation is not set to a positive number, usually referred to as E/V +-
If it is put it back to 0
If it is already at 0 you can set it to the minus side which will effectively reduce your camera's exposure(darken your photos).
Good Luck

Trying to take a picture outside, when I've taken it, the image is all white. Why is that?

This problem may occur if camera got too much bright inside the lens. Try to turn off the flash light and try to avoid taking picture in front of direct light, sun or lamp.

Please RATE.

I have a samsung d73 and pictures are red?????

This sounds to me like you have the picture "special effects" set to either "red" or "sepia".
To check whether the settings have been changed:
:switch on your camera in "auto" mode
:press "E" (located next to the top r-hand side of the screen)
:ensure that "normal" is selected (the top option)
I hope that this helps!

Too bright pictures

Try doing a test of the same image using different "modes" and compare the results - it may just be that you've got the wrong setting.
