Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Since the Power led on your system is blinking green, it is most probably a malfunctioning Power supply and it must be replaced with a new unit having the same specifications.
Also, perform the following steps to restore the power and to rule out other hardware failure:
1) Disconnect all the connections and the power cord from the PC
2) With the power cord disconnected, press and hold the power button on the front of PC for 5 seconds.
3) Plug in the power cord and test to see if the PC can turn on or not.
Please reply with the findings.
