Question about Sony CDX-GT100 CD Player

Problem with the cable plug-in jack

I have had a CDX-GT100 for less than a year and the cable plug-in jack is so loose that a connection to run all speakers doesn't happen anymore. Can you repair the jack or replace the entire security head?

Re: Problem with the cable plug-in jack

Yes you can, if your talking about the plug at the back of the radio I can get you one from my shop and ship it too you. You can usually find one at any authorized dealer near you though. If You need one hit me up at Put in the subject line" FixYa repair ticket" and I'll get a price for you.

You will need to check the yellow wire of the stereo. This wire must have +12 volts even with the key off. Be sure it has a good connection.
