Question about Frigidaire Dishwashers
PF means Power Failure.
PF flashes if the washer loses power during a running cycle.
The washer does not flash PF when it is first plugged in.
Press START to continue the cycle from the moment that power was lost -OR- Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display and completely cancel the cycle..

Based off what you are describing "PF" stands for power failure on a Frigidaire dishwasher. If the lights are dimming then your appliance flashes "PF" it could possibly be an issue within your panel or your appliance is not getting enough power to it. I would recommend contacting a professional to come and diagnose your appliance properly. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
